The shading and coloring really makes the one particular rose in the middle pop put. Also by looking at this picture it looks like you used the point perspective( The items up front are closer, and on an angle, and the items in the back are farther away and also on an angle.) Also the shadows brings out the roses, but mainly the one in the center.
